Summary: The property is fine but we tried multiple times to contact staff with questions and they couldn’t be bothered. Even when we were there the staff had to be distracted from their cell phones to help us. Restaurant was much better. Probably the nicest facility around but I would not go back due to lack of customer service.

Summary: The views were amazing. The staff were extremely unfriendly. The room was adequate but no coffee maker, no hairdryer, a raised staple on the floor was very dangerous and the room was not cleaned and no clean towels were provided. No garbage can in the room, only in the bathroom. Nobody offered to help us with our luggage. The breakfast was good but be aware that breakfast does not start until 9am. The rooms adjacent to ours, (room#4) were very noisy. The road outside our room was very noisy with the local tuk-tuk transport vehicles. We ate in an Italian restaurant in the town on our first night (La Taberna De Los Duendes) and the food was good but very limited beverages were available. The second night we ate at the Mirador del Pacifico and the food was very poor. We will not be visiting this hotel again as we were far from pleased with the service provided. Finding this hotel was very difficult due to the lack of visible signage. Tip. When you get into the town go right to the top of the hill and on the left is a coffee shop / restaurant and the road to the hotel is opposite that and approximately 50 yards up. If you go over the top of the hill you have gone too far, as we did.

Summary: We loved the property, the convenience, the location and the service. The staff are very friendly. The views are spectacular. Our cabin had a balcony and to feel the actual clouds touch our face while sitting outside was amazing. Our last night we did a temazcal Session on site, and it was very good. We made sure to tip all staff, mototaxis, waiters, everybody in town. They do their work with their hearts.

Summary: Place feels magical. Best cabins I saw around. Many steps so not for mobility impaired. Don’t bring big luggage as u will have to carry it up many flights of stairs.
