5 Bedroom Villa in Manacor

This is a wonderful villa of 200 m2 located near Calas de Mallorca. It has capacity for 9 people, private pool and fantastic outdoors.
This house is located in a 3500 m2 plot and it was remodelled in 2000; it is perfect for families or groups of friends. The main building of the villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: two with double bed and two with twin beds (one of the rooms has en suite bathroom and hydro massage bathtub).All rooms have space to put a cot if necessary. One of the bathrooms has access from outdoors, so you can easily use it when you are in the pool area.

The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space. You will be able to organize a meal with your family, watch satellite TV on the comfy sofas, surf the Internet (WIFI) or have a little nap. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, kettle, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a lot more. In the laundry room you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

In addition there is an attached house with independent access which has a bedroom with twin beds, one bathroom en suite, a sitting room with sofa and TV and a little kitchen with a microwave.

The house has central heating and some rooms have AC.There are also fans available.

The villa has fantastic outdoors. There is a secondary kitchen with a porch equipped with everything you might need to cook outside, including a BBQ. The porch is furnished with tables and chairs and has straight access to the pool area. This is the perfect place for your summer events with your family!

The private pool is 12 x 5 meters large and with a maximum depth of 1.80 meters. It is surrounded by a terrace where you will find sun beds, chill out area, table tennis and a little garden with a playground. The palm trees and other Mediterranean plants are the perfect complement fir this well decorated garden.

The house is located 8 km from the seaside town of Porto Colom, where you will find all the services you might need during your vacations. However, the nearest sand beach is Cala Antena (4 km) and nearby you will find many coves and beaches that are worth visiting: Calas de Mallorca, Cala Domingos, Cala Murada and Cala Marçal. The house is located in a quiet area but with easy access to a road that will take you to make places around the island. If you like golf, you are lucky, as the golf course Vall d’Or is only 6.5 km from the house.

Summary: Die Villa ist ein Traum. Etwas abgeschieden von der Zivilisation, kann man sich einen tollen Urlaub machen. Keinen stört etwas. Die Villa ist wunderschön und die Vermieter einfach super freundlich. Die vielen Strände sind in 10-15 min zu erreichen. Unsere lieblings Strände waren Cala Marcal und Cala Anguila. Ein Traum für jeden der sich erholen und seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen auskosten möchte.

Summary: We had a fantastic holiday at the Villa. any questions we had were answered alsmot immediatley and any issues were sorted within an hour i.e. gas bottle was empty. the pool was large and the outdoor kitchen area gave us the opportunity to eat outside in great surroundings
