Positive: It was very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Would have loved to try rooftop bar but weather was against us. Would stay again if size of room and price was in our budget.

Negative: Room was a bit tight thankfully we were given an upgrade to room with balcony would have struggled to stay in classic room we had booked. Could have done with somewhere to hand coats. Would stay again but the price and size of room would be something I would be looking at.

Summary: Very comfortable staff excellent especially Claudia on reception she was so helpful throughout our stay.

Positive: I loved the property’s location. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport, which made arriving incredibly easy, and getting a taxi was no problem at all. The place was also very simple to find. Once we settled in, we realized just how perfect the location really was. It’s right across the street from a Starbucks and situated in the heart of the tourist area, so we had countless shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were able to walk everywhere—beautiful restaurants, charming tourist spots, and even the hop-on hop-off tour stops were just around the corner. The mall was only about a five‑minute walk, and we could easily reach the castle and several historic sightseeing spots on foot. For anyone who enjoys luxury shopping, high‑end stores like Cartier and Versace are just a short walk to the right. Overall, the convenience and accessibility of everything around the property made our stay truly enjoyable.
