Positive: The breakfasts were spectacular and very tasty, fresh products and very cozy atmosphere. The room was clean and had an AC, ladies were cleaning the rooms every day. We could use the kitchen and there were plenty of things you can use for cooking and had a lunch or dinner in the garden which was nice and quiet. The house is super close to the beach and restaurants where you can have a great dinner with an amazing sunset. The owners are very friendly and were answering any questions we could have. We liked our stay here the most out of three places we had during our stay. If you like the places with the home vibes then you will value the stay same as we did.

Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like, we loved our stay there.

Positive: Petros and Alexandros were very friendly and helpful every time you had questions. We felt very welcomed :) The garden was lovely for breakfast and evenings.

Negative: If you have two large suitcases with you, the space in the room is very limited. The simple double room upstairs is very small and not recommended for a longer stay for our taste. The mattresses were not very comfortable (too hard for my liking) and the extremely small fridge in the room next to the bed made noises all night that were disturbing and did not make sleeping very pleasant. In our opinion, breakfast is overrated. It was always fresh but only two dishes were diverse every few days (one of them was the cake - but to be honest: who is eating sweet cake for breakfast?!). You can't imagine a buffet like in a hotel where you have a lot of choice. Apart from the delicios cakes, which were freshly baked by the host every day, everything was repeated daily. What annoyed us a little was that you couldn't have breakfast before 9am, so we didn't get to the beach until mid-morning. You have to wash your beach towels in the sink and hang them up outside in the garden as you don't have a balcony. It is better not to use the washing machine (very dirty and at least 15 years old).

Summary: Nice accommodation but for what it offers, the accommodation is overpriced and outdated

Positive: Hotel is an old, beautiful, authentic house which and a great garden. There are plenty of restaurants near by. Neos Marmaras town center is in 20 min walking range. Hosts were very friendly. Aleksandros was very attentive even before we arrive in the hotel, anything you need he is there to solve and arrange . Petros is a great man he always come with perfect suggestions about where to go what to see where to eat. All the staff were nice and polite. The breakfast was very sufficient Petros was baking cakes and desserts in daily basis. We are very satisfied and definitely be back soon!

The location was good , few minutes to the beach Everybody was really helpful and they try to do their best to make us feel like at our home. It was a pleasure to meet Petros.
