- This home has a 6 adult maximum, the twin beds in the basement should only be used for children.
- Sleeping on the couches is not permitted.
- This property will be Saturday to Saturday check in only (7 nights at a time in 7 night increments) from Memorial Day to Columbus Day
- The off season will have a 3 night minimum at $1200/night, but weeklong stays can be reserved for $6000/week. Please inquire if you are looking to book a week stay outside of Memorial Day to Columbus Day.
- This property will be available as a long-term Winter rental with a 90 day minimum.
