Positive: host was nice but didnt bother to ask us during check out, didnt hear from them. the check in was easy but there was no one assigned to it except the cashier of the restaurant. Imagine arriving from 12 hr flight waiting for the cashier lady to be catered. the room was very clean except the fact that the AIRCON was weak, not cold enough, the SHOWER HEAD is broken, and also you can hear all the people dining at the restaurant. I didnt feel SECURED also as our balcony is connected to the balcony of the other room AND the restaurant balcony. the NETFLIX AND WIFI was also weak to zero. the location was strategic, and accessible to a lot of tourist spots and the DARAGA church itself. it could easily be a five star, if only the bare minimums were SERVED.

Positive: Check-in was very smooth. I was initially a bit confused because I dealt with staff from the restaurant above (Red Labuyo) upon arrival—perhaps the same owner manages both establishments. The room was very spacious and had a condo-like feel. I loved that you could cook in it. The best part, though, was the view. Although not pictured here, it was incredible and absolutely worth it! Additionally, it is literally beside the equally iconic Daraga Church.

Negative: Just a couple of minor inconveniences: the AC wasn't very strong, even at its lowest temperature, and the heater didn't seem to work, though that might have been just me. These are small issues, but I wanted to let management know so they can address them.
