Positive: The property is in a great location up on a hill overlooking the ocean. There is a view of the ocean from the primary bedroom and living room. We used the beach access path several times which took about two minutes to get down onto the beach. We would not recommend this path for anyone with mobility issues due to broken stairs and having to scramble down the rocks at the end. The house is simple and had everything we needed for our stay!

Negative: Upon entering the home we noticed a slight dog pee smell and the carpet in the bedroom had stains. Rugs and carpet could use a professional cleaning. Rooms were pretty barebones and could use some more decor but not too big of a deal.

Summary: Adorable home near the beach. Perfect for families!

Positive: It's a very nice place to stay. Very easy access to the beach. My kids really enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach with the dog every day. I would definitely stay here again.

Negative: The wifi wasn't very good.

Positive: Good location and value, the ratings on vacasa does a better job of capturing/describing the location and has a much higher review score. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, neighborhood beach access directly across the street, the very bottom of which looked to have been slightly washed out, but appears to have happened due to some strong storms in the spring to all the properties, not a huge deal, but needed to be careful getting down. Would be a solid choice for families with kids/dogs.

Negative: I knew it in advance from the reviews, but there were some water spots in the ceilng that hadn't been fixed yet. Nothing to worry about as it didn't affect anything, but is still needing to be fixed.
