Positive: It’s centrally located, staff is friendly, room is clean. Mr Ibrahim al-mawardi and jolviana are really warm, hospitable, and helpful.

Positive: I love the location, quite safe and just next to the Khan el khalili market. The staff, especially Ibrahim al-Mawardi. He is very helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Positive: The location of the hotel was right near the El Khalil market and walking distance to the "real" Cairo, where people work and live. For the value, it was a comfortable room, with the basics. Our little fridge did not work and the staff replaced it from another room. Cold water is a blessing!

Negative: We were a little disappointed with the inability to store our small hand luggage at the hotel after check out while we explored Cairo. This was one of the reasons we opted for this particular hotel in the first place.

Positive: Super location. Heart of old town and 2-3 minutes walking to the market and Mosque. Rooms are new renovated and very clean. Very friendly staff especially two young men in night shift.

Negative: Windows are not isolated well, so you hear clearly the noise on the street. But It’s not the problem for us. Basic English communication with staff.

Summary: Good choice for 1-2 days sightseeing and shopping in old part.

Positive: I loved the location. It is very nicely just behind the mosque of Syed Hussain. I enjoyed every moment because there was activity through out the night.

Negative: That they dont provide breakfast service. They can order it from out and provide room service.

Negative: No network atol, wifi is very bad. Bathroom shower is broken and also the spray is broken.

Positive: The staff was very helpful and kind. Also, my belongings felt safe at the hotel while i was out and about. Ahmed (all three of them), Muhammad, Saleh, Omar, Fathi, Ibrahim, Badr, and all the staff. They were super kind and helpful.
