Positive: Beautiful landscape in a quiet and relaxing area. Good location with supermarket 7km drive away, and 30 minutes drive to Fujimi panorama resort. Hot tub is refreshing after a day in the snow. Good size for a small group.

Negative: The only washing facilities (shower, bath) are in the separate spa building, but it would be nice to have a shower and go to bed without needing to walk outside. Plus for a group there can be a long wait if going separate. Self check-in/out would be beneficial so we don’t need to call ahead or stick to an absolute time.
