Positive: The apartment was beautifully furnished, and in a lovely area. The check-in process was easy, the finishes inside were modern and there were lovely views.

Negative: It felt like I had to follow up on various issues prior to my trip far more often compared to other booking platforms. However, the responses from the staff at the property management company were always prompt and courteous.

Positive: Great location in Northlake and we enjoyed the local surroundings. It was easy to access places such as Albertown or the bypass to Cardrona Road from where we stayed, and also a 5min trip into Wanaka central.

Summary: Great spot to stay. The apartment was clean, tidy and quiet and well appointed.

Positive: Well established property with all the equipment at good condition. What I especially want to praise is the company that operates this property. They considerably prepared all the basic daily necessities for the guests, such as washing powder, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, toiletries and even cooking salt and oil.

Negative: I prefer a curtain behind the entrance, so that we don’t feel like living on a stage.
