Positive: sauna/pool
Negative: The breakfast variety was great, but the execution was not so great. We have a kid, so we were going to breakfast at 8am which is prime time but some items were empty, coffee machine missing milk, weisswurst were super cold even though they were in a clay pot. I expect in heart of Bavaria at least a decent weisswurst breakfast. When asking the staff for to-go coffee cups, or more semmel since they were out, the staff kind of acted unenthusiastic. but the property, room, location is great. I would definitely come again, just hope the weisswurst are warm next time :)
Summary: great simple place for small family to enojy a night or two, swim in the pool and enjoy sauna.

Positive: Good value for money (especially compared to other hotels in the Neuswanstein/ Linderhof area). It was a quick overnight stay, having breakfast at the terrace was nice.
Negative: None of the saunas worked at the spa. We experienced some noise in the evening as our room was facing the terrace and there were people having dinner and drinks there.

Positive: The communication was great, checking in was easy and pleasant. We were severely delayed, but the staff kept a key out for us as we discussed. It saved our night! The water pressure in the shower was incredible, and we always love when there is a water cooker available for a midnight cup of tea, or a quick cup of noodles.
Negative: We couldn't find out at what time the breakfast buffet was available, so we missed breakfast. It wasn't a big deal, since we were leaving anyway, but it would have been nice to have a quick bite.
