Positive: The location is great, the owners are quite nice and friendly, the Beau-Vallon beach is in 3 minutes by walk, the bus stop (buses to Victoria or to Sunset Beach in the north) - 4 minutes, several supermarkets nearby, many restaurants and take-aways.

Negative: It’s extremely noisy starting sometimes at 8 in the morning because of the construction works of the building next to the apartment. Wi-Fi was not always good.

Summary: The stay there was wonderful!

Positive: Good communications and great host. Well positioned for five minute walk to Beau Vallon and restaurants and bars. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Parking right outside.

Negative: A small point but there is some building work going on at the moment which can be noisy during the day - did not impact us as we were out early diving.

They were eager to help with anything we needed, including helping store luggage while we went to other islands for overnight stay. The apartment was well maintained and stocked, at a convenient location close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Positive: Very beautiful clean apartment , luxury quality & very cheap for the money 💰 best place I've seen in Seychelles for this price. The apartment had everything they even had fast internet with Netflix on tv , they have quality hair dryer machine 💕wow just incredible value for such a large apartment

Negative: Restaurant downstairs didn't open for lunch only for dinner 🍽️😞

Positive: The property is near the Beau Vallon beach around 5 mins walk. Theres a seafood restaurant downstairs that serves excellent seafood dishes. They allowed us to check in early before 10am because our flt lands at 8:30am we leave our things change and proceed with our tour. The price is good for going on group. The house has almost complete sets of cooking utensils, its a plus with automatic washers lots of blankets and towels. Theres lots of sofas and it was really an excellent and nice stay. We stayed 3days 2nights.

Negative: Its clean but not squeaky clean.

Summary: Execellent definitely will recommend to anyone who will cisit Seychelles and wants to have a nice stay in the beach coz
