Positive: We had an excellent stay at this modern and comfortable apartment in Budva. The host, Ivan, was incredibly nice and welcoming, and his fluent English made communication very easy. He met us upon arrival and personally showed us around the apartment. The place is spacious and thoughtfully designed — it features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, an additional bedroom, and a living room with another bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The location is fantastic, right on the main street with convenient parking directly at the entrance. There’s also a supermarket on the ground floor, and it’s just a pleasant 12-minute walk to the Old Town. Another big plus is the elevator, which is quite rare in Montenegro and made moving our luggage so much easier. Overall, this was the best apartment we stayed in during our trip to Montenegro, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Negative: One small drawback is that the ceilings are quite high, so some of the kitchen shelves and a bathroom window are too high to reach for an average person. It would be nice to have a small step bench available to make access easier.

Positive: A magical place. A wonderful host. Huge, comfortable apartment. Super stylish interior. The kitchen is fully equipped. there are two wonderful terraces overlooking the mountains and Budva. We wished we could stay longer. Each of us want to come back. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much.

Positive: I had pleasure to stay in Budva in these nice and cozy apartments for 1 night! Host Ivan is very polite and nice person. Also location is only 20-30 minutes by walking from old town. Apartments were very clean with all necessary things inside (incl. TV with Internet). Thanks a lot. Next time I am in Budwa, I will stay in the same place! Definately recommended. There are few parking slots nearby house if you have a car.

Positive: Apartment is as new as it can get.. therefor everything was exeptional. We enyoyed morning coffe on the balconi. The bed is very comfortable. It is very convenient since it is very close to beach, restaurants, old town… basicaly everything you need is few minutes away. Hoast was very pleasant and welcoming. I would also like to add a fact that windows are sound proof so outside trafic does not destroy your sleep. Overall very pleasant experience and we will come back for sure!
