Positive: I liked the staff, they were very friendly, especially the bartender Marco. And the breakfast was great.

Negative: We didn't like the fact that we were in the old part of the hotel, and the drain in the shower didn't work. When I called the reception to report it, they said they could fix it tomorrow, and we were only staying for one day. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the toilet due to a clogged drain.

Positive: The food was excellent, it was a gourmet vacation for us! The cleanliness of the hotel, the sweetness of the staff(except one person), the calmness of the environment, everything was perfect, we will definitely come again. Note: At the beginning of April, the pistes were closed in St. Johann, but the season continued in Kitzbühel, which was 15 minutes away by car, so we went there for skiing.

Negative: On the first evening, we went to dinner just 5 minutes early and one of the staff at the food reception talked nonsense and made an annoying disciplinary speech like “I'll take you in this time", okay teacher!

Summary: Everything was perfect, we will definitely come again.

Positive: we loved the location, accessibility around the resort, food is great, the value is phenomenal!!! Service of the front desk personnel was excellent and many others worked hard too.

Negative: Room cleaning service; the room was not thoroughly cleaned, strange protocol to fold blankets, etc. Not enough staff to deliver extra pillows, and complete other requests on time. Not all staff speaks English.
