Positive: Breakfast was superb, very tasty and lots of choice. The room was perfect size with the balcony and lovely views on the mountains. Very nice location, ski bus just outside the house, not too far from the centre with the variety of restaurants and a supermarket. Lovely and welcoming owners.

Negative: I loved everything. If I was being picky I would say that the ski room could be heated up better. I left my son's wet boots and gloves on the racks overnight but the next morning they were still wet. I could only find one English channel on the TV.

Summary: We absolutely loved everything and would definitely come back again

Positive: Breakfast is probably best in class for this type of accommodation. The hospitality of the personnel is impeccable. We liked everything except bed mattresses in the room and the ski holders in the basement.

Negative: Bed mattresses are somewhat old and not that comfortable. Ski holders are not suitable for holding modern skiing sticks that do not have any leashes. Therefore the sticks fall all over the place even upon a slight accidental touch.

Summary: We would very much like to stay here again!

Positive: Very friendly hosts who did their very best for us as guest to feel welcome and enjoy our holiday. The location is good just in between Neustift and Milders, next to a bus stop, which makes transport to the ski lifts and Innsbruck super easy. The breakfast buffet was very delicious and various. The room was spacious enough and had a balcony. The room was nice and the bathroom was in very good condition. Free WIFI with great speed.

Negative: The ventilation in the room could have been better, and I would suggest fire alarms/detectors in every single room, not just in the corridors. The carpet in the room had seen its golden years a long time ago and should be replaced. I would have appreciated some vacuum cleaning of the room since some dust and hair easily gathers on the floor during a full week but the general maintenance was good enough.

Positive: Although a little out of town there is a bus stop literally right outside and the bus (590b) is very regular and reliable every 15-30 mins going up the valley to ski area or into town so no need to have a vehicle. The room was great with mountain views (advantage to location) and having the little kitchen is very useful when staying for more than a few days compared to a standard hotel room. The owners are very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Positive: What a lovely place to stay! Alpenhaus Monte is in a perfect location, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, breakfasts were lovely, the rooms were great, and there is a wonderful restaurant directly across the street. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk away. Overall an incredible value for money. Thank you particularly for making my two daughters feel so welcome. We will definitely return.
