Summary: Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!

Summary: Susana was very friendly and wait for us to give us the keys. Great location in front of main plaza. Basic room, very clean. Room was located in third floor, no elevator. Overall very good experience

Summary: We were right on the main plaza (plaza mayor), in the heart of this medieval town, just outside of the walled city, so the location was great. There is No Reception, as is stressed in the property description, so they want you to arrive at a specific time. We did not, but a woman did hear me and came out and gave us our keys. One important thing to note is that as it is an old building, there is NO elevator. For older folks who might have difficulty hauling suitcases up two flights of stairs, this was a problem. Once we were in our room, everything was fine. Window onto the Plaza, very comfortable bed and pillows, water pressure and temperature fine. When we left, the friendly man who cleans the rooms carried our suitcases down the stairs. Overall, the accommodations for two nights were just fine.
