Travel Purpose: business

Positive: This property did not include breakfast, but there is a big supermarket a block away, with all sorts of food, ready to eat and otherwise. From that supermarket, it is easy to get a mototaxi to take you directly to the center of the downtown waterfront, economically, so the inland location of this lodging is not a problem. The property is recently completed, by people who were careful to get the plumbing, electrical, and other details done right, and there are even some decorations and candles to enjoy. Thank you to the owners for their work to make this a nice place to stay.

Negative: It's not centrally located, but again, the mototaxis are ready to take you downtown and to the waterfront when you want.

Summary: Nice place to lodge, a little inland from waterfront Cozumel. It's close to the airport, too.

Positive: The hosts were extremely nice and able to accommodate our unique travel situation. The room was modern, clean and well equipped. The hammocks in the backyard were an added bonus. Felt very safe for two women.

Negative: Nothing, we loved it.
