Positive: The rooms are really nice and clean and very huge. The shower was one of the best we had in oman with hot water and big shower. We had tea and coffee in the room . Hotel has snooker near reception and lovely labenese rest first floor. Bed was nice and clean. Easy parking and 10 min away from the airport. Situated in a quite area.

Negative: The thing that we didn’t like was that when you eat there you are charge 3 types of taxes. Example bill of 40 euro you pay another 10 euro extra charges which are a little to much. Alcohol is extremely expensive. Also some of the plugs in our room didn’t work also. You need a car if you want to explore more or eat different food.

Positive: Excellent hotel and staff. The breakfast and restaurant is good. Good entertainment options as well. The rooms are clean and spacious as well.

Negative: While restaurant was good, found the Indian dishes inconsistent...first day was amazing, letdown on the second! Believe it was due to change in chef. Another area, would help if we could have lesser light in the room in the night. The AC temp display cannot be switched off, and is bright in the night. One aspect, need to be mobile. There aren't any much places to access by walk
