Positive: Nice beautiful hotel. Clean and great staff. Location and ease of access was a plus. Lobby was delightful. Nice bar and can sit talk and eat in the common area.

Negative: I booked here last minute due to the hotel I checked in was not up to part. I didn’t book here first because of poor reviews. Low water pressure, couldn’t sleep good because I heard noise in the hallway all night. I guess some teenagers had a room and the got into an argument. Then the first day the person in the room next to me was coughing all night and hollering at the kids.

Summary: I would recommend to prople just not older people.

Positive: The staff member who checked us in was great. She welcomed us the moment we walked in the door.

Negative: Luckily, I pulled the sheets back before we laid down! The sheets were not changed from the previous guest or they were not washed very well. I always bring my own sheets when we stay at hotels so I just changed them. There was also a stain on the mattress that should probably be removed. The hotel is also pet friendly and I was unaware but that is completely my fault. The hotel was really quiet so that was great because we just needed to rest.

Summary: Overall the stay was quiet but the cleanliness was questionable.
