Summary: There were a lot of things broken. But the staff was all great , especially Tanya. Our room’s air conditioner was broken and leaking, so we changed rooms. Okay, that happens. But one of two elevators was out of service. One coffee machine in the lobby was out of service. One toilet in the lobby bathroom was out of service. The new bartender was friendly.
