Summary: The staff was awesome. The room and elevators smelled like dogs. The carpeted floor was dirty with dust accumulating behind the stone pillar near the wall as well as the metal hvac pipping hanging from the cealing. Half of the metal pipe was loaded with dust closest to the window. The toilet was broke. It took 1 hour to refill with water after flushing. The GM needs to check the housekeeping cleaning process.
