Negative: There was a roach in bathroom by the sink after we turned bathroom light on...We had to wait until House Keeping wash towels. There were 4 of us, only 3 sets of towels.

Negative: The elevators were slow. The stairs only lead outside. Our room toilet flush was messed up. We never got enough towels for the number of people staying in the room.
