Positive: The location was perfect, the view is amazing, the house is comfortable, clean and cute. Perfectly situated in a quiet area but just 10 minutes from St John which has everything you need. The main bedroom is huge with spectacular views and has an en suite the second bedroom is smaller and in the back but still super cute and has also an en suite but that is also the downstairs bathroom. There is also a little day bed which can comfortable sleep someone. Kitchen is well equipped and clean and the pool is perfect to jump in after hanging out at the beach! Would love to return!!

Positive: Perfect hilltop location overlooking the beach and had great views. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was a great addition. Wifi and utilities were good as well as the amenities, supplies and housekeeping. Walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants, other beaches, town and grocery. Host met us at the airport and escorted us to the house, reviewed the features and amenities and provided keys and dining, activity suggestions.

Negative: No AC. Lots of fans but the rooms can still get very hot. Last bit of road requires SUV or 4x4 or park below and take 5-minute path/stairs.

Summary: Hilltop house with pool, views, walk to beach, short drive to town. Great for small families.

Negative: It was very tired and dated and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The access road is extremely difficult even with a 4x4 so we did not go out in the evenings

Positive: It was a really nice villa with lot's of potential. However as other have written you need to hae a 4x4 to get to the villa, otherwise you need to park a little bit down and walk up. The place itself is in big need of a renovation and to be fair the owner is doing it. But there are some areas that need some finising touches, like the fact that the tiles in the shower doesn't cover the whole wall or there are cracks in the wooden patio floor. There is also no AC.

Negative: When we arrived the fridge was not emptied, and since there was a lot of cob webb it didn't really feel like it was cleaned before we arrived. We were also told that it would be cleaned one day, but it wasn't done until the next day. The garden was very overgrown. We were told that the gardener was suppose to come, but he didn't (since we're on island time). And yes, I'm aware of the island time concept, but this grass hasn't been cut for the last weeks. And that's a lot even for island time... However it was all dealt with when we commented, so kudos for that.

Summary: Lovely house and lovely location, but in need of some TLC

Positive: It’s a really quiet area but still not far away from The city (10min by car). Was really nice to calm down and enjoy the nature without proper neighbors or anything around. We both felt really safe all the time even if you are so for yourself. Has Everything what you need to survive great pool and amazing view. Stuff was great as well really good communication if needed something. Definitely would come back :)
