Summary: Stayed here several times throughout the years. Staff are great, the location is the best as it’s so close to the promenade and all. Rooms are comfortable and hotel is very clean.

Summary: Just the perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway! Views were gorgeous every night!! Special shoutout to Gabriel who was at reception who made everything so easy, cabs, info, everything just ran smoothly because of him. And Efsthathos who showed us to our room had THE BEST dinner recommendations!!! Absolute legend!

Summary: The hotel has a dull atmosphere with no evening entertainment, which made the stay quite boring. My room was listed as an inland view, but it actually faced the kids’ club. The furniture was old and worn out, with peeling wood on the side tables, and the shower tiles had black mould that came off easily when I scrubbed with my nail — so it just needed a better clean. I spoke with the manager, who was understanding but couldn’t move us as the hotel was fully booked. He kindly sent a bottle of bubbles and a fruit platter, which I appreciated. Staff work hard, but service felt slow and inattentive. Both mornings I had to call a waitress to get coffee at breakfast, and overall I didn’t feel noticed as a guest. I booked this hotel because it’s part of the same group as Anassa, but it doesn’t compare. The hotel is generally clean apart from the bathroom tiles, but the materials and furniture feel cheap, The spa view is beautiful, but the furniture around the café looks tired. The beach is difficult to access as you have to climb down a wall, though the pools are very nice. Overall, it’s an average stay — I’d give it 3 stars.

Summary: Wonderful hotel, with great views & lovely surroundings. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, bedding & plenty of soft towels & designer toiletries. Different pools to suit everyone. Delicious restaurants on site & a very varied choice at Buffet breakfast. Excellent, friendly & helpful staff from greeting on arrival, right through reception, restaurants, bars & housekeeping staff all the way to guest relations & hotel general manager nothing but praise for all staff who helped make us feel very relaxed & at home. Can’t wait to return.
