Positive: Everything! Location was great, easy to get around and good walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice. Special mention to Neehad who served us at breakfast. Very professional, gave us tips on best Indian restaurants (our favourite food, we like to try one wherever we go). Staff were excellent. So happy and professional. Got an upgrade to a sauna duplex, lovely. Didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked very nice. Would stay here again. Thanks everyone

Positive: Beautiful hotel - we had a duplex suite and it was gorgeous. Sauna inside the bathroom, huge comfy bed with little welcome touches in our room. Staff were very helpful and on hand. Location outside the park was fantastic, less than 5 min walk directly into the centre of st stephans cathedral.

Negative: The spa was poor in my opinion- a couple of beds, the pool was cold and nothing was maintained during our stay eg empty water, no glasses etc. Our room, despite being beautiful and huge, was next to what appeared to be a service corridor / Elevator so through the night we kept being woken up to staff pushing trolleys etc around outside our bedroom door.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, great location. Small improvements
