Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The building is very nice and very safe. The gym is lovely and the swimming pool and garden are beautiful. The security guards and porters were very friendly too.

Negative: The property wasn't well cleaned. The shower was clogged and toilet basin wasn't clean. The toilet basin was wobbly, which was fixed after I complained about it for 2 days. The shower was also fixed after about 2 days. I had to use one of the towels to stop the water leaking through the bathroom door into the room. The communication with the management agency was very broken. They told me a few times that someone would come to clean the flat, but nobody did. We stayed there for 2 weeks and were given only 2 towels. We ran out of toilet paper as there was just one roll in the flat. They kept tellling me that someone would drop clean towels and we only got them 2 days before checkout. We never got the toilet paper roll. There are leftovers of tiles under the bed which accumulates dust. All in all, I don't think this flat was ready to be rented out.
