Positive: The size of the villa

Negative: No internet for 3 days, breakfast is falsely advertised the don’t have breakfast service no menu no room service, you have to give them money so they can buy food an cook for you, even then there was no menu what they can cook and only one person spoke English, I was also quoted 1600 euros for my stay and paid 500 euros more, don’t know why because they don’t offer no service at all, so I was charged extra

Positive: Comfort, designe, pool, arrangement, kitchen staff.

Negative: During check out, receptionist has ruined entire good feelings. Last day was absolutelly disgusting. She try to abuse us for money, telling us we use some bottles of beverages. Thas was riculously low amount, but point is why... Entire good rememberances was shadowed by one awfull staff member. She should be fired immediatelly....

Positive: What an incredible stay for me and my family! We were 15 people and everything was absolutely PERFECT! Alida was incredibly helpful with every single thing that we needed and the chef's food couldn't have been better! We truly had an incredible week and an amazing start to our 2026! I highly recommend staying at Alma Villas!

Positive: The Villa was very luxurious and alk the ameniries required. The location on the beach and the private pool was excellent. All the excursuons arranged by Alma Villas were great.

Negative: In December there are a lot of mosquitoes. We did not see any efforts made to curb the mosquitoes like fogging or other spray methods. This is not 100% a Villa problem but should be considered.
