Positive: The rooms are really spacious, Really good breakfast and the staff are amazing. The staff were very helpful, although no evening meal they were willing to help booking meals in and using the hotel's plates and KFS.

Negative: Really picky. would have loved a firmer pillow ! Maybe a simple bar menu for the evening such as pizza and sandwiches

Summary: Really pleasant stay and well worth the money that we paid. Will definitely be staying again.

Positive: Location was great, staff were lovely.

Negative: The bed was too firm for my liking but when I asked for a firmer pillow I had one within 5 minutes

Negative: The crusty dated decor, the ridiculous cost for a dog to stay per night + £50 deposit - I don't mind paying extra, but the price here is the most expensive I've come across!! In fact, I've paid less to take my dog to a beautiful 5* holiday cottage for a week!

Positive: Breakfast was good, staff were very good,location was good, the entrance was very well presented.

Negative: The bathroom was very poor, it was obvious the cheapest materials were used, the toilet was so low to the ground I had to lower myself down whilst holding on to the sink, the shower was so loose in the tiles I didn't care use it. Panels were blown and the woodwork round the door hadn't even had a cost of gloss.

Summary: It's such a shame the stay was spoilt by penny pinching on the rooms.
