Positive: Staff was welcoming and supportive. Breakfast and dinner included was beyond expectations. SPA was great: indoor and outdoor heated pools, sauna included in the accommodation cost, professional massage available. Huge rooms, with bedroom, living room and kitchen.
Negative: In some rooms the WC is separate from the bathroom. I find this unusual and not practical, but I did notice it in few other places as well.

Positive: The room is outstanding. It is spacious, clean and has everything one can expect. Also the gym. The best hotel gym I seen so far (although it is a public gym, i.e. not only for hotel guests but this is ok). The spa is quite good and overall the hotel is very nice
Negative: The restaurant is way too small for the size and classification of the hotel and due to that the variety of food is low (we had breakfast and diner) and they run out of food pretty fast and the refill is slow. The spa is nice, however, since people outside the hotel can access it, it can get a bit crowded in certain moments.
