This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips and overnight airport stays. Guests will enjoy our fully renovated ground floor apartment with lots of natural lighting. The unit has a separate front and rear entrance making it easily accessible to all. Our home is centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood and only 10 mins from JFK airport, 29 mins to Laguardia airport, 15 mins to USB Arena, and a 5 minute walk to Green Acres mall.
The space
Room 1 boasts the grand master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, king size bed fitted with white down comforter and sheets, double closet, remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit.
Room 2 is fitted with a queens size bed and a nice clean contemporary design. Room also carries a remote controlled ducted air conditioning unit.
Room 3 has two twin sized bed with a contemporary design and can be perfect for adults, children, pilots and flight attendants. This room also has an air conditioning unit.
The open concept spacious living room opens up in to the dining area and one can easily entertain while preparing meals in the kitchen. The large sectional sofa is super comfortable and makes for a great movie night with the 65 inch television.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dish washer and as a bonus there is a Keurig single serve and iced coffee as maker.
The dedicated wash room is equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Summary: We arrived to find this apartment very clean, spacious & comfortable. All the amenities were in working order. One smoke alarm was beeping & a new battery was brought & replaced almost immediately after we reported it to our host. Parking in the driveway was appreciated. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood. We definitely recommend this apartment!
