Positive: I spent two nights at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the woman at the front desk spoke English well, which made things very easy. The rooms, washroom, and waiting area were all very clean. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the calm, quiet atmosphere of the property. They even provided free snacks and coffee, which was a nice touch. I liked this place much more than I expected. If I visit Chiang Mai again, I will definitely stay here!

Positive: The staff was so kind all the time, they allow us to do the check in earlier as the room was already available. Everything was so clean and organised. My friend and I had a good time there. I highly recomend this place. Its like a house and silence at night so we did have a nice rest at night.

Positive: I liked the arrangement of the place. It was always tidy and cleaned up. Hawai speaks good English and helps out a lot with information. They provide the basics for a comfortable stay: clean drinking water, toiletries, hot water for showers, coffee and beverages etc. and there are many sit-out places.

Negative: I think for a hostel, the price is a bit on the high side. However, I realised that maybe, it is because of the electricity, especially, as every room has an AC. However, this high rate can be reduced by putting fans as well as ACs so that one can alternate between fans and ACs, rather than being forced to use ACs all the time. Secondly, the hostel needs to be fumigated regularly because the mosquitoes make sitting out or enjoying the various sit-outs difficult. The bathrooms and toilets, though cleaned daily, are not properly done. The cleaner does a shoddy job.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay but it became expensive for me when I got conversant with the city.

Positive: A nice enough clean little hostel.

Negative: They forbid cannabis smoking anywhere on or around the property with signs threatening to levy a big financial fine if violated. This would fair enough, IF it was made clear on the hostels listing, which it is not. Disappointing.

Positive: I loved the wooden interior, the lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful, defo would recommend 😁😁

Negative: It’s about a 35 minute walk from the main square of Chiang Mai, but a lot quicker if you’re on a motorbike. Defo nice to see other areas of Chiang Mai anyway. :)

Summary: I had a great time staying here will definitely be back 😁
