Negative: It’s on 2 nd floor. With bags it’s not easy to climb even though there are not many steps.

Positive: The flat had everything we need. The flat was very clean and the tram station is close by. Luca is a wonderful host. He showed us everything and told us what to do in Florence. He is very friendly and speeks good english

Positive: The apartment is in a quiet place, just 15-20m minutes away from Florence train station (by tram, tickets 1.7€/person). By check-in, the host gave us a complete tour, explaining all the features of the house. Each room was prepared to meet all of our needs, and everything was so comfortable! Big plus: every window (and balcony door) have a good mosquito net!

Negative: This definitely exceeded our expectations, would rate 11/10 if possible <3
