Positive: Clean and close to the underground station.

Negative: The fact that they knew a week before l arrived that there was no hot water. They did not answer my distress calls because they don’t work on weekends! They tried to make it better by giving me an address miles away where l could have a hot shower with other sauna guests! I was not impressed with their hospitality skills- they have none!

Summary: Comfortable but far from the city and no hot water!

Negative: The owners are very inflexible. I asked for a possibility to cancel the reservation because of the unforeseen circumstances but I was denied this option although I asked a few times.
