Positive: - The location is convenient, with many restaurants and shops around. - The breakfast is very good with a large variety of food, and the staff cleaned tables and refilled food promptly.

Negative: - We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a broken sink which did not drain water at all, since the faucet was installed without a matching stopper. When we asked to be moved to a different room, the front desk staff seemed to already be aware of the issue and immediately responded saying "the hotel is fully booked” and “it will cost extra 15 euro for an upgraded room”, or otherwise "we will get maintenance to fix it tomorrow". This seemed unreasonable since the sink was entirely unusable, and they should not have assigned this room in the first place if the issue was already known. We only got moved to another non-upgraded room after speaking with a different staff member later. - The management and facilities could use improvement. - We found there were stains on the sheets and towels, multiple hairs in the shower, ants in the bathroom, and the shampoo/body wash pumps were loose on the wall. Also, the shower drained very slowly leading your feet to be in puddle. - One of the elevators was broken and the other had long delays. - The main lights in the hallway of one our rooms would occasionally flicker on and then go dark again. - There were no signs of attempt to repair the elevator or hallway lights during our stay. - Cleaning staff parked the towel/cleaning cart in the hallway (when they were not actively cleaning any rooms), which blocked off half of the hallway and it is a fire hazard. Based on other reviews, this hotel has had issues with elevators for a long time. We are also not the only customers who were unfairly asked to pay an extra charge for a different room or received unclean rooms.

Summary: Overall, it seems the cost for the value is not worth it.

Positive: Location is ideal because of proximity of pharmacy, affordable coffee shop,cheese and sausages shops. Available parking for drop-off and pickup

Negative: Only 1 elevator was working. Our lavatory sink was dripping water into the floor,had to use a towel to avoid muddying up the floor. Couldn't find English movies among TV selections
