Summary: We used Ricca's house for a bachelor party. The outdoor bar was perfect to hang out and watch college football all day.

Summary: Our group was 7 couples, getting away for a long weekend. Our plan was to arrive Friday afternoon, hang at the house, swim in the pool, and order in. Saturday we were heading to a couple breweries and then a Brewers & Cubs game. The location, size, and amenities of the house are great. I had communicated with Ricca several times before arriving and she was always very prompt and accommodating to our early check-in request. The house has everything you could possibly need regarding supplies, linens, kitchen utensils, etc. House is huge - we all had (very comfortable) beds and were able to spread out and have spaces to ourselves. Unfortunately the pool heater was broken during our stay so we were unable to swim. This was disappointing as that had been a major part of our plan for Friday and arriving earlier. The pool (looked) amazing and the poolhouse was great though. They also have an awesome firepit that we did use. This was different than about 10 other VRBO experiences we have had however, in that this property is their actual home. There are family pictures throughout the house, food in the fridges, etc. Some people in our group did not mind, but some were a little unnerved to be staying/sleeping in someone else's actual bed and having their things all around. We all had a fantastic time, and I do recommend the property for a large group gathering.

Summary: Ricca is very flexible on check in which helped us since we had ppl coming from different areas. The house has everything. From towels and pool floaties to every kitchen utensil you can think of. All kinds of board games. We had a great time there

Summary: We have rented many properties and this one was by FAR the best!! Ricca and Steve are so accommodating and nice! We couldn’t have asked for a better time with our friends! Oh ya and the pool guy Rick is awesome too! Shout out to applewood farms for the fun times we had!!!

Summary: We held our family reunion at Applewood Farm over the July 4rth Holiday and could not have been more happy with this venue. We have a large family with three generations attending. While the sleeping arrangements could only accommodate a couple families, the pool area, house and grounds comfortable handled our band of 37 attendees with there comings and goings - it never felt crowded. It really was the perfect venue and allowed us to hang out together for several days easily. Ricca and Tom were incredibly accommodating and helpful and made all the toys and tools available to really do this right. Plus its also close to several hotels and other amenities so no one needed to drive far if they did not stay on the property or to get something. Tom and Ricca really made us feel at home in their home.

Summary: I stayed at Ricca's beautiful property with 13 of my closest friends. We had an absolute blast and made memories to last a lifetime! Ricca was fabulous and showed us everything we needed to know about the property. When we had a question about the grill her husband came by right away to help us out. The pool and pool bar are INCREDIBLE. There were tons of rafts for us to use, too. We all would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Summary: The pool area here cannot be beat! There was plenty of beds for our guests to sleep and big common areas to hang out in. Ricca was wonderful and very accommodating to our needs and flexible with our check in and out times. We will definitely be returning!

Summary: Wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful place. We were in Milwaukee for our niece's wedding and had family come in from Florida and Washington state. It was great to be able to relax and enjoy our family gathering by the pool area. The house was absolutely charming. Plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely stay again.
