Positive: Great value bright and spacious 1 bedroom condo. Nice, spacious bathroom and shower with new tile. There are some new restaurants opening up just a short walk away off of Marigold Avenue. So the dining options in the area keep getting better. Your staff are always friendly and a joy to deal with.

Negative: See if we can convert one of the spaces to a fitness center Let's get some smart televisions into the rooms....the channel selection is otherwise just okay. Getting out onto Cypress parkway via that 3 way stop sign on Country Club Lane can get tricky. Be patient and pay attention when driving in or out.
