The villa is on two floors, the basement floor where there are 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen equipped with all comforts, a large living room with fireplace that overlooks a covered veranda, perfumed by jasmine that surrounds it and colored by the splendid bougainvillea that welcomes guests; an outdoor barbecue invites you to prepare succulent grilled fish and / or meat. A large bathroom with shower and a closet / laundry room complete the floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A large covered veranda brightens the warm summer evenings surrounded by a large lawn that frames the private swimming pool on which you can find the right refreshment on sunny Alghero days. The Villa is surrounded by an olive grove of approximately 8500 sq m.
The center of Alghero is only 5 km from the villa, reachable both by car and by bicycle. From here you can easily reach all the main services of the city: hospital, medical guard, shopping centers, restaurants, pizzerias, discos, pubs and anything else that may interest you. Summary: Our stay at this villa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and charming Mediterranean character of the home. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The outdoor areas were the highlight. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool and enjoying the serene landscape. It felt like our own private paradise. Summary: This was just perfect - the property is amazing, well located 10 mins out of town, incredible views, beautiful pool, fully stocked kitchen, but the best part was the incredible host Massimo who went so far out of his way to make our stay incredible, from recommendations, to helping us find an open pharmacy on Sunday, he was amazing. Summary: The house and surrounding area was beautiful. My family and I stayed here for a week to kick off a 3 month trip. The patios and yard were even more beautiful in person than they were in the photos. The jasmine and bougainvillea was in full bloom when we arrived. All of the beaches were slightly different, but all were stunningly beautiful.The only thing to keep in mind is that it is essentially two separate apartments, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom. You have to go outside and up the stairs to go in between them. It worked for us, our older kids staying in one, with my husband and I staying in the other with our youngest, but something good to know if you have little ones.

Summary: Lovely, spacious villa with good facilities - pool, terrace and lounging area are all excellent. Massimo our host was very attentive and knowledgeable - helped us book some great restaurants in Alghero including Mabrouk which was a highlight. A fantastic beach close by, literally 5 minutes by car. Drive to Bosa was spectacular along the coast road.and we love Alghero - great vibe and plenty of history to the place. Would love to return to Sardinia sometime soon! Grazie Mille!

Summary: The villa is gorgeous, very clean and comfy. This really is a small piece of paradise. The swimming pool is huge, as well as the yard with all these olive trees. On top of that, Massimo what very welcoming and very accomodating, providing us with a baby crib. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We traveled with 6 guys for off road motorbiking. The villa was very well equipped for cooking purposes. The driveway allowed to park the bikes very comfortably and the villa is based at a very quiet place (pretty awesome for people who needs to come down). We also enjoyed the support from Massimo our contact person for the villa. Very flexible communication with him, and he is always there for travel recommendation. We really appreciate the house and the service.
