Summary: The beach was absolutely amazing! We did get bitten up pretty bad by sand fleas, so I recommend bringing bug spray. The room and premises were very clean. Most of the staff were not very friendly or helpful. Food was mostly good, but the number of restaurants they list is decieving because there are only 3 spots and they alternate what days they are open and change the name depending on what time of day it is (i.e. the Aso Grille for lunch becomes the Black Rock Restaurant for dinner). There is only 1 option for breakfast. I did get food poisoning from Black Rock probably due to using a literal rock to serve the food on. I was also burned several times by sizzling juices on a rock that seemed far too hot for far too long. There were several other parties who had 1 or 2 members who seemed to have symptoms of food poisoning during their stay as well. I will try another resort on Grace Bay Beach next time I go to Turks and Caicos because it truly is the best beach I've ever seen.

Summary: The room was spotless and the staff was courteous. We had a delay in getting a room but the staff was apologetic and sent us fruit and cheese plate to our room. The food at the resort was very good. The only issue is that for the price you pay for this all inclusive the service and the resort does not measure up. I think for the same price point a more luxurious experience can be had at other resorts and at other Caribbean destinations. Overall it was a great stay but not worth the price that we paid.

Summary: Staff was great especially KJ at front desk, Cherline in dining areas, Farrah at the beach bar. Plus special thanks to Brown for a few late night necessities. Property very well kept and clean. Also Anne cooks great jerk chicken at the beach.
