Positive: Room was lovely and quiet and well provisioned. I used the iron and iron board which were clean. It was good to have a heated towel rail in the bathroom in this humid city!

Positive: Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed, great shower pressure and a lovely woman on reception. Appreciated the upgrade.

Negative: Not a fault, just a dislike. I had forgotten to take my own shampoo and conditioner so used the ‘conditioning shampoo’ provided and it made my hair feel like straw.
