Negative: The worset doorman that we have seen during our trips around the world One of the doormen was very bad behaviar and manners while he was treat us with high voice in front of Mr AALA EVEN IF HE REFUSED TO TAKE OUR BAGS DOWN DURING CHECK OUT . WE HAVE INFORMED THE OTHER DOORMAN THAT OUR MINI BUS WILL COME AT 3 PM , SO HE WAS AGREE AS OUR TRIP TO CAIRO WILL BE AT 5 PM AGAIN THE FURNITURE AND BATH ROOMS NEED TO BE REVONATED. Finally We hope that the host takes an action againest that DOORMAN because if he stay in the building . the host will not getting the guests. We are 6 wamen and 3 kids . Really this bad DOORMAN makes our trip unhappy and relax .

Positive: The communication with Alaa was exceptional, he was very responsive and extremely helpful. The apartment was super spacious with a view along the Corniche. Luna Park Cafe was right opposite and we had a delicious breakfast there. It was not walking distance to the main tourist centre but it was easy to Uber or catch a 5EGP local mini bus. The sunset from the balcony was sensational. The beds were firm, the bath towels were small, the showers were hot, the fridge was cold and Alaa was always available if you needed anything.

Negative: Overall it was great but sitting out on the balcony was very noisy.
