The downstairs area of the home also includes a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, providing the perfect private retreat, along with an extra bathroom for added convenience.

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately 4-minute walk from the Buderim Avenue bus stop, where services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).
