Positive: Very good value for the price. This wasnt just a hotel room, it was a full apartment with an equipped kitchen and an outside deck with tables, the entire top floor of the property to yourself. Also a private rooftop jacuzzi, though i never tried to use it. Split AC in the bedroom had the room cool and dry within minutes, fully drying my clothes overnight after swimming at the beach a 2 minute walk away. My price was 330 pesos, but perhaps this was an offseason rate, or a booking.com discount, as their walk-in prices were higher.
Negative: Wifi wasnt working on my floor.

Positive: Great, just perfect homestay, the best one within my trip around the country for 2 months. It is located just in the town, nearby the ferry port. Amazing, big rooftop apartment, fully equipped with a balcony, is run by awesome, lovely, and very helpful couple and housewife. They helped me organise a boat trip to Cresta de Gallo island. Everything was at a very affordable price.
