Positive: Great location and beautiful views! It is also owned locally which I look for when I travel. Definitely you need a jeep. Don’t attempt in a golf cart up the hill.

Negative: I must have missed - no hot water for RV stays. BUT it was unusually cold when we stayed so I don’t think it would be an issue for others. I was able to heat up water for my seven year old son so he didn’t feel any difference.

Positive: I can not say enough.. First: Rent The Jeep from Carlos Jeeps.. take the advice. The location is NOT walkable unless you love to hike 90 degrees uphill and do not have luggage. (Also they were extremely accommodating and even gave us a discount.. less than $100 for 24 hours at a time.. ask for Daniel🤷‍♀️) It’s more than the reviews say.. the trek is REAL. We thought we were going to not rent and that changed fast. Second: PITIRRES Cabin-RENT IT!!! Seriously.. O.M.G I will attach a photo of the view from the balcony.. worth every penny and so many more! I almost wanted to Just stay there to enjoy that view.. hard to go to flamingo.. but o..m…g.. flamingo beach🥹😭❤️❤️ Also.. the outside attached shower was lovely to view the stars while showering at night… 10/10. My honeymoon was complete with a free upgrade and tropical flowers awaiting us. We have decided to return every year. It was just THAT incredible.

Positive: the views are incredible! There are hammocks across the property and its a nice experience, the common bathroom was clean. Clear check in and check out institutions

Negative: The bed was super hard, i have stayed in these kind of accommodation before but the bed was extremely hard. Also the air condition was making extreme noise, and it was needed in one of the two nights we stayed but impossible to sleep. You definitely need a jeep ( we rented one as they recommended) to get to the accommodation as there is a part to the property that is really steep and dirt road . What i found weird is that we received a set of instructions how to arrive including pictures of the road, and that last part that is steep and more tricky was not included in the pictures. I mean it would be good to know , for me it was stressful every time going in and out from the property with the car

Positive: We reserved the two campers on the property. We loved the views, the campers had great AC, mini fridge, microwave and the necessities for the two nights we were there.

Negative: The bed in camper number 1 was really uncomfortable. The mattress is extremely thin, enough to where you can feel the wood planks below it. This was not the case from camper 2 though, we recommend that one if you’re only renting one. The location is definitely on a steeep hill, we recommend renting a jeep. If you do, what we wish we would have knows is that if you rent from Carlos Jeeps, they will coordinate to meet up with you or drive the jeep to you when you arrive on the ferry. So definitely recommend coordinating with them ahead of time.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the views were amazing and would definitely come back.
