Positive: They upgraded my room to bigger one for free!!! Also they gave me dinner for free . Very nice people!! Very big rooms with great service. Good food and good pools ,very comfortable hotel . I will be back .
Negative: The WiFi in the room is little bit weak . There is no towel in the gym and some of the Fitness equipment don’t working .

Positive: The location is excellent with facilities on the beach just for the hotel. As a family hotel it really nails it at least if you're an all inclusive guest. Lots of choices on the buffet on a daily basis, different swimming pools taht will keep the family in-house. I would put the overall experience an 8+
Negative: The restaurant staff can be on the rude side occasionally. A bit too obsessed with things that would matter more in an adults only hotel rather than a family hotel.

Positive: Restaurant, reception and bar staff were fantastic. The food was really good with so many choices .
Negative: We only had clean towels once in five days and the outside patio area was never cleaned.
