Positive: I stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly positive. From the very first moment I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to give advice and to respond to every request with a smile. The property is beautiful and well maintained, in a convenient location that makes it easy to get around and reach everything you need without difficulty. My room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made the stay even more pleasant. One aspect I found particularly useful was the kitchen area available for guests: having access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a vending machine was a real plus, especially for those who like to organize themselves independently. The services in general fully met my expectations and made the stay both practical and relaxing. We will be back for sure. Mariana & Cristina

Positive: I arrived just before the final check-in time because my train to Innsbruck was delayed, but since I contacted them in advance, they kindly waited for me. I really appreciated that. They also sent me the Innsbruck Welcome Card by email beforehand, so I was able to use it right away upon arrival, which was very convenient. The view from my room was absolutely amazing. I truly felt glad that I came. The location was also perfect, with great access to Patscherkofel, the mountain I had always wanted to visit. The pool and sauna were wonderful as well — perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I come to Innsbruck.

Negative: There was nothing negative. I had no complaints.
