Positive: The hotel is situated in the hills on the outskirts of Innsbruck, with fabulous views. The hotelier Klaus was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfasts good. If we return to Innsbruck, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Aldranser Hof again.

Positive: The place is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, and the surroundings are adorable. It's very calm, cozy, and relaxing. The people working here are very friendly and helpful. The location is outside Innsbruck, but the commuting time by bus #540 or M is less than 20 minutes to the city center. The room I got was lovely, it had a large balcony with a gorgeous view on the city and the mountains. I also enjoyed the swimming pool with the Alpine view. My expectations were high, but Aldranser Hof exceeded them. I'm very grateful to the hosts for creating such an experience! I'm already looking forward to a longer vacation here. I highly recommend it.

Positive: The view from the balcony was beautiful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good, although not very varied. I'd especially like to mention the very polite staff, who were very helpful with any questions.
Negative: There weren't enough fresh vegetables at breakfast, and sometimes there was a strong smell from the stables.

Positive: I stayed at this hotel and my experience was truly positive. From the very first moment I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always ready to give advice and to respond to every request with a smile. The property is beautiful and well maintained, in a convenient location that makes it easy to get around and reach everything you need without difficulty. My room was comfortable, with a lovely view that made the stay even more pleasant. One aspect I found particularly useful was the kitchen area available for guests: having access to a refrigerator, a microwave, and a vending machine was a real plus, especially for those who like to organize themselves independently. The services in general fully met my expectations and made the stay both practical and relaxing. We will be back for sure. Mariana & Cristina

Positive: I arrived just before the final check-in time because my train to Innsbruck was delayed, but since I contacted them in advance, they kindly waited for me. I really appreciated that. They also sent me the Innsbruck Welcome Card by email beforehand, so I was able to use it right away upon arrival, which was very convenient. The view from my room was absolutely amazing. I truly felt glad that I came. The location was also perfect, with great access to Patscherkofel, the mountain I had always wanted to visit. The pool and sauna were wonderful as well — perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I come to Innsbruck.
Negative: There was nothing negative. I had no complaints.
