Positive: The cottage was beautiful, set in very peaceful surrounds. It was lovely sitting out on the deck enjoying some wine and cheese watching the birdlife. The hosts were wonderful. It was a bit of a cold weekend and Vanessa had arranged to have the fire going for us when we arrived, it was so lovely. There was sufficient supplies for breakfast. It was a great spot to base ourselves for a long weekend travelling around the Adelaide Hills.

Negative: If you struggle being disconnected from the world, be warned that phone reception wasnt wonderful there.

Positive: I loved everything about being here. So much so that I booked our next stay while I was there. It’s so lovely and cosy, I felt like I was living in a fairytale

Negative: Nothing I didn’t like, but would recommend a citronella candle for the bathtub area as the mosquitos were out in force!

Positive: Was blissfully peaceful. We had plans to go exploring the local attractions but once we arrived, we just wanted to hang out and relax.

Negative: The uneven path from the car park to the foot bridge but this was due to tree roots and I don't think it could easily be solved.

Summary: It was amazing. Blissfully peaceful. We did not want to leave.
