Positive: If we had the option, I would give this hotel a perfect 6 stars. We loved our stay, and even for just one night, we felt so comfortable. All the staff, from the lobby to the restaurant and the spa, were so accommodating, kind, sweet, and available for all our needs. We are so very happy that we decided to stay here; my birthday became even more special. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this hotel, and we are definitely going back.❤️❤️

Positive: I had such a wonderful stay here. The hospitality was amazing!! everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains, which makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The spa was definitely my favorite part. There’s so much to enjoy, from the jacuzzi to the calming atmosphere, but the massage really stood out—it was one of the best I’ve had, and the lady who gave it was incredibly kind and professional. The room were very clean and comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent throughout my stay. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were exceptionally gracious and made me feel like a valued guest from the very first moment. Their warm welcome and genuine care set the tone for the whole experience. A special thanks as well to the restaurant manager, whose kindness and attentiveness made every meal feel special—he went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. I did encounter a small issue during my visit, but the management handled it immediately and provided a thoughtful solution that left me completely satisfied.😊 Overall, this hotel is a beautiful, peaceful retreat with outstanding service and wonderful people. Positive: Here’s the extracted text from the image: Really impressed. Relaxing and well thought-out, a mix of modern design and the beautiful natural environment. My massage was absolutely heavenly — the best I’ve had in a very long time. I also tried the sauna, the steam room, and the cold immersion bath. Everything was spotless, brand new,m. And the views! The mountains around the resort are stunning, and viewable both from the room and the spa/pool. 🏔️ I had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. It felt like something out of a Michelin guide — very high quality, and beautifully presented.

Negative: Did not want to leave.
