Positive: Good breakfast. Excellent coffee. Colourful decor and cheerful, attentive staff. Close to Modena and Maranello for visiting car factories and museums. Family-run hotel with adjacent restaurant serving 'proper' Italian food. Ghocchi fritti to die for!

Negative: The restaurant is closed on Mondays, but a nearby pizzeria was recommended.

Summary: Good place to stay without paying city prices.

Positive: Room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking available.

Negative: Air conditioning unit was above the bed and the temperature control didn't work so made the room cold as the cold air blasted on us through the night.
