Positive: The location of the hotel is perfect—right near the mountains and a charming church, which we could admire from our room. The view alone made the stay special. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. While they didn't speak fluently English (as some other reviews mentioned), I don't see that as a negative. We got by just fine using a mix of basic English, Spanish and Italian, and they were always patient and welcoming.

Negative: My only real complaint is the price. For what was offered, it felt a little too expensive.

Positive: Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure we felt welcome. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and everything was always perfectly tidy. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive: We loved it all! Me and my mother felt at home. The two ladies that are managing Albergo Posta was so lovely too.
