Positive: The staff was very kind and always ready to help. The apartment was cleand and offered everything for a pleasent stay. There was also a huge free of charge parking. Wifi was available free of charge.

Negative: Forni di Sotto is a sleepy village, majority of houses are empty and there is no life. House is old and well renovated but the warm water doesn't work properly, sometimes there is no hot water.

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay in this spacious apartment near the Forni di Sopra ski resort. It looks even better in real life than in the photos — well-maintained, and surprisingly roomy. The location is perfect: set in a peaceful, quiet corner of a charming small village, yet just a short drive to the ski lifts. A fantastic pizzeria is literally steps away — their pizzas were honestly some of the best we've ever tasted! We appreciated the private parking spot right at the building, plus a larger public parking area nearby with EV charging stations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, authentic Dolomites ski getaway without the crowds. We'd happily return!

Positive: A large, very clean, and well-equipped apartment on the first floor of a building in a beautiful, quiet village. A plus was the spacious bedroom with two beds, as well as the large kitchen with a dining area. A nice balcony. Good internet connection. Great pizza at a nearby restaurant and professional and friendly service at the nearby Albergo Difusso office.

Negative: Very close to the road so a little bit noisy when cars went past ( but it wasn’t a busy road)

Positive: Everything was very easy and the property responded quickly. We were going to arrive later than expected and so they left us instructions on how to enter after hours! They also gave us so much information to help with things to do for kids and ideas for eating! (which was much appreciated!)

Negative: The only thing I can honestly complain about is the bed in the "master" room was pretty awful. It felt like I was sleeping on straight springs. My husband tried my side the next morning and even commented how bad it was and that his wasn't like that.
